1. Scope
These terms govern your use of u2airobotics.com. By using the site you accept these terms. The site presents U2 AI Robotics, a venture of U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş., and allows you to contact us.
2. Informational content
Content on this site is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer or a guarantee of results. U2 AI Robotics is an early-stage venture: capabilities described include work in progress and direction of travel, and they may evolve. Visual demonstrations on this site are illustrative concepts, not recordings of shipped products.
3. Safety and conformity
References on this site to ISO 10218 and ISO/TS 15066 describe voluntary standards we align our method to. They are not a declaration of conformity, a certification or a claim to hold any certificate, and we issue none. Conformity assessment, the technical file and CE marking under the machinery safety legislation in force (currently the Machinery Safety Regulation, 2006/42/EC; Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 applies from 20 January 2027), together with the risk assessment, periodic inspection and worker training duties under Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, rest with the employer and with whoever places the machine on the market. Nothing on this site assumes, transfers or reduces those duties.
4. Third-party names
All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this site, including referenced standards, are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. No sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and designs on this site belong to U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or automated form requests.
7. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, U2 AI Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or its content. Liability for intent and gross negligence under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, and any mandatory provision of Turkish law that cannot be excluded, are reserved.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
